or perhaps, skipping past them, you might encounter a young man straightening the playroom. any one of them will politely turn to meet you: ]

[ and he'll let Makoto tell what he wants exactly ]

[ the glowing blue lights surrounding the silver plates on her forehead flash a blinking pattern ]
However, a Vaporeon is an evolved form. I can only generate Pokemon as eggs. Once the egg is hatched, its un-evolved state will come into being. It will be up to you to raise it properly. If that is still acceptable to you, I will offer you terms and conditions. Do you still wish to proceed?
no subject
That's fine.
[ then glances at Makoto, prompting him to ask, too ]
no subject
It's another pokemon.

[ there is a whirring of internal drives and another sequence of flashing blue lights from her forehead before she continues ]
The cost of the creation of a new life form is expensive. We will require a large amount of direct sensory data from each of you to proceed.
From one of you, we wish to mine your auditory receptors for the span of three consecutive days. From the other, we require your vision.
no subject
it continues where the girl left off. ]
Within one of these capsules is a pair of earplugs; within the other contacts. Once you put them in, all sensory input to your ears or eyes will be converted into data that will be sent to our intranetwork for further compilation and review. This will however render you without those senses until the end of experiment. If you choose to terminate the project early, you will have to start all over again.
--We must also add that even once you have your egg, it will require several additional days to hatch, and in that time you must continue to carry it and care for it.
If you wish to continue, please select which of the items you wish to use.
no subject
but he does glance at Makoto to make sure this is okay ]
no subject
Ah, wait, Haru, before you put those in--
[ leans in to whisper a quick "I love you" before moving away, blushing and working on putting in the contacts ]
no subject
once the contacts are in, makoto will find his sight completely blocked out; like haru will find that absolutely no sound filters in past the earplugs. ]
In three days time, you may remove the items and return to us for your eggs. If you wish, we will arrange for a cane for your blind companion.
no subject
I'll be with him this entire time. It'll be okay. Thank you for your help.
[ with that, he'll be stuffing the earplugs in ]
no subject
[ and putting in the final contact ]
Night 171
It's been three days.
Re: Night 171
Re: Night 171
Re: Night 171
and once he does get his approval, he'll be removing them ]
Re: Night 171
this is so hard
when you're blind ]
Re: Night 171
These eggs must be carried and cared for for two days before they will hatch.
Re: Night 171
What happens if we aren't carrying them for the entire time?
[ because what if games... ]
Re: Night 171
Re: Night 171
[ the same as it is in the games, no worries ]
Re: Night 171

Re: no problem!
[ a robotic cat trots out with a sheet of computer paper in its mouth. it places the paper down on the counter-top in front of natalie. there's a list of questions on it which read:
1. What is your family like?
2. What is your favorite memory?
3. What is your view of authority, and what event in your life has most affected it?
4. In your former world, did you have a job, and if so , what was it?
5. Who is your closest friend or worst enemy, and why? ]
For every individual who is willing to answer these survey questions, we will give you a book. Any individual who happens to be someone you have never spoken to before will earn you extra points toward an extra book--three new people, one extra book.
Do you find these terms and conditions satisfactory, user Natalie?
Re: no problem!
Yeah, this should work. Thanks.
Can I ask why you're curious about this stuff in particular, though?
Re: no problem!
Day 193, evening/night??

Re: Day 193, evening/night??
User Broomhead. What for?
Re: Day 193, evening/night??
